RETURNS and REFUNDS

We’re a small pakihi Māori and every NIWHA order means a lot to us. At this stage, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please take a moment to check your size, colour and order details before completing your purchase.

We’ve added sizing information and product details to help you choose the right fit. If you’re sitting there thinking “hmmm, not sure”, flick us a message before you order — we’re always happy to help.

If your NIWHA arrives faulty or there’s an issue with your order, that’s different. Get in touch with us and we’ll make it right.
